Was ok, pricey in my opinion but we had little to choose from with an unexpected layover. We wanted two rooms in order to fit our family of 6. Chose what we thought were connecting family rooms and ended up with 4 rooms to sleep 6 with odd bed arrangements. Wouldn’t specifically come back, would shop around. Also 18£ for breakfast per person after the higher fees put us off.

This was a great and convenient way to stay at the airport while waiting for a family who was coming in on a later flight. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that was my experience with the places I stayed in London. It was a longer walk than I expected, but that is also more about the whole UK than just the hotel. I would stay again.

My family of 4 stayed for one night between international flights. The service, setting and room comfort were great. The food in the restaurant was tasty and service was quick. We loved that the hotel offered family room options with adjoining spaces. Made our stay an all positive experience.
