Leonardo London Heathrow Airport

We stayed at this hotel a couple of times now mainly for it's location. The free parking is a good touch as a gold member and if you're lucky enough to get a runway view, thats pretty cool too especially for kids. Food is fairly decent and breakfast has plenty of choice.

I’ve stayed in several hotels on Bath road. This was a very nice room, clean, comfy bed, lots of tea and coffee (which I appreciate) and quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I got a random guest of the day and got some extra biccies and note in my room- nice additional touch. Breakfast was good- usual cooked food, continental, cereals, & breads. Plenty and refreshed frequently. Caught town bus from bus station in Heathrow- they come every few mins, takes 5 mins (2 stops), stop is right outside hotel. And costs just 1.75. U3 bus takes you to LHR and comes every 10 mins. City bus way cheaper than hotel shuttle and cab. I’ve come in and out of Heathrow using National Express. Pack and also the Tube - both easy to use for onward or return adventures. First left turn and just down the road you can find a Portuguese cafe and next to it a small shop for snacks. Opposite that is a nice and good sized playground if you have little ones A bit further along Bath Road and left you can find an Indian deli, and further along Bath Road (still only ten mins) there is a McDonalds. I’d definitely stay here again. Happy travels!

I was just across from the elevator and near a baby. I usually don’t hear anything in hotels, but night was filled with crying baby, slamming doors and loud talkers getting off elevator.

It was a lovely hotel with very supportive staff. Check in was smooth and easy. On my way to my room, while struggling with my luggage, I met Precina who wasted no time in assisting me to my room without being asked. I will definitely be coming back and also recommend it to my friends and family.

Ours was a family trip 3 adults 2 children. When we arrived we only had two double beds however we were upgraded so that one of the rooms had a single bed in addition to the double. The service was excellent as were the meals.

Very nice hotel, clean and looked well. Stayed as a family and we were very comfortable. Food was lovely and fairly priced. Would recommend!

The was in a back street which was good for no traffic noise. Entrance, lobby, bar and restaurant all well kept and in good condition. The room was nice with a modern bathroom. BUT they need to get their heating sorted out. For some unknown reason, the elevator was freezing, the toilets you use from the bar also freezing but the room never got warm, the 'heating' was on for 4 hours and the room was colder after than before. When i spoke to reception, there was another family who said their room was too hot, so its luck to which room you get

Dirty, very unhelpful staff, no bath tub for baby didn’t have crib ready heat didn’t work drips and streaks and stains all over walls. Called staff to ask when their next shuttle was from the airport to them and they “didn’t know” they were friendly just very unhelpful.

The pillows were kind of flat and I had to call the front desk after 11pm due to someone's child repeatedly jumping on the floor but they offered to move me and said they would speak to them and then no more noise. I was really only there long enough to eat, sleep and eat having arrived at 9:00pm but the bar was accomidating and the food was good.

The hotel is very conveniently located for Heathrow airport. Parking was easy in the underground car park and it was a short drive to the long stay car park terminal 3 early the next morning. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We would stay here again and also recommend to family and friends.
