My family and I have stayed here numerous times and have stayed in bigger rooms, when I booked this time, I thought I was paying for the bigger suites, however when we arrived, we were given a much smaller suite, we requested for an upgrade, however we were told there was only one bigger room, which we did not believe to be true. After also booking the holiday Inn next door, we realised it offered better value for money and their restaurant was a lot more spacious than staybridges’ and provided better options, therefore we will be staying at holiday Inn for our next visit. Rooms also are a little bit dark.

Great experience with clean and tidy family room. After check in, great to have welcome drink and snack as happy hour arrangement!! We love breakfast also with great service 👍! Thanks.

I really liked the fact this was a suite with a bedroom. They also got my brothers family and mine in attached suites so we could chat easily. I appreciated the staff's help throughout.

Hotel was brilliant, the family suite was huge. Super location, transfer bus directly outside and onsite parking too. Would definitely use again

Staff was extremely gracious and professional. Location is absolutely perfect. The only minor disappointment is that 4 months ago we requested 2 rooms with 2 double beds each. Only one such room was available and we had to use a sofa bed. The price was adjusted very fairly but one member of the family was not as comfortable as hoped for 3 nights. Otherwise a wonderfully memorable stay.

I booked this hotel because it says only 12 min by walk from the airport which is not true. It was the most important thing to me because I travelled with my 2 little kids by myself. I was very disappointed that at the end I had to take a bus to get to the hotel.

Pretty standard airport hotel. Only complaint; we had requested adjoining rooms for us and our kids. The staff originally had adjoining rooms for us, let us check in to one, but said the other wasn't available yet as it was being cleaned. Check back later. We did check back later only to find out that the room had been given to someone else.

Close to airport (T5) and very quiet place. Breakfast was great too. Overall friendly staff and environment. Excellent for family visit for London attractions.
