We found pills on the floor in the room. At nearly $400 per night, you’d expect the room to be drug free. It’s a good thing my toddler didn’t find them first. Brought the pull to the desk and didn’t get so much as an apology. No offer to change rooms. No offer to send cleaner to reclean. Absolutely appalled . This could have been worse . I’ll never stay here again- we travel in various teams across the province and we will never stay here again.

The room was not clean as expected. The carpets had dirt. In the suite there was only 2 bathing towels. Very disappointed. At 9 am when we went for breakfast we realized that there was no buffet. I can understand if it was last year that buffet had stopped but currently all the hotels are offering breakfast. We travel a lot and we have seen that. Last month when we stayed at best western in Merritt they also had hot breakfast. Anyway when we went for our breakfast there was only 4 packets of to go breakfast. Wanted to have juice but the fridge was empty, wanted to have cafe but the pot that holds the creamer was empty. Anyway the kids were hungry so we just took the bag and went to our room. On opening the bag it was utter shock- it consists of only 1 muffin and 1 egg English muffin, 1 yoghurt and 1 granola bar. Definitely that is not enough for growing kids and adults. We just threw the breakfast and checkout. Never coming back to that location.

Great family run hotel. Have stayed there previously, and will stay there again.
