We were travelling with family and arrived very (6 hours) late due to an accident on the roads. Front desk clerk was welcoming and got us checked in quickly. Room was spotless and the comfy king bed felt like heaven after a long and exhausting day. Breakfast was great. This is our second time staying here and we'll be back. Highly recommend!

Best thing about the property was the people Ms. Deo was exceptional, she understood our family needs after driving for 10 hours from washington, us. We need a comfortable and peacful room. We treat out pets like kids and she understood and respected it. I would highly recommend this property for both comfort, view , ease of access , near by facilities and top of this list for its staff.

We arrived at the hotel at around 8pm after a long day of travel and the two staff members who greeted us were very pleasant and kind and they made the check in process very easy. The reception area was generous and comfortable. Underground parking is offered and we took advantage of this. The room we had (320) was well appointed and, although not necessary for us, is an accessible room and came with both a bath tub and the bathroom itself was a shower (with a shower chair provided). The floor had a shower drain. It was well done and a good option for those who need this type of option. Free breakfast was offered between 6 and 930am and consisted of dry cereals, waffles, toast and bagels, hash browns, eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea and juices. Overall, a very robust breakfast offering. For those of you with dogs, we saw two families with dogs who seemed quite happy:) This is a great little hotel and if you are in the area you should consider staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at this hotel during the Slurpee Cup tournament. The location was good, it was very convenient to get to the different fields. However, for CA$255 a night, I really expected more. There was no liquid body wash, just Dove bar soap, and on our 2nd night when I asked for another one (we were 4 people using the same tiny soap....!) the hotel ran out of it and I was given the basic hand bar soap they put near the sink.... I know it might sound patty, but for what I was paying, it was annoying. Another thing I didn't like, the coffee in our room was all decaf. I called the reception asking for regular coffee and they said I'm welcome to come downstairs and grab some. I was too exhausted so I didn't bother. Other than that, the breakfast is very basic, there wasn't even butter or sliced cheese. But it was OK. The pool was fine, my kids enjoyed it. However, we couldn't get the hot tub to work, seems like the clock that turns it on was broken. With that said, the staff was very welcoming and nice! Again, there wasn't anything terribly wrong with the hotel, it is just overpriced for what you actually get.

The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a baby bed at check in and within 10 min they provided us a baby bed. The breakfast was delicious with variety of options from eggs, yogurt, cereals, fresh make your own waffles option. Lovely experience:)

Everything was good. We had a noisy family next door to us but, to be fair, it was New Years Eve. Service from staff was great!

Newer building. Simple, but clean. Pool and hot tub are adequate. My kids would have liked a slide. Breakfast was average.
