Don’t stay here. Overpriced considering there is no breakfast, the hotel restaurant and bar are outdated with tips in the seats. Service is not friendly. Was asked to leave the bar because a group of child soccer players had it booked. The bathroom needs updating and maintenance in the hotel room. Not impressed with this place. Won’t stay again unfortunately.

The hotel itself is very nice. Friendly staff and good location. They failed to mention a kids hockey tournament was going on and that there would be kids playing hockey in the halls all day, yes in the halls . Had to dodge hockey pucks and kids running around with sticks to get to my room. When i called to complain they said there was nothing they could do. Not impressed with the hotel or parents for enforcing respectful behavior from the hockey teams.

It’s a best western, I get it, but there were some kids staying there randomly knocking on peoples doors, overcrowding the pool and running through the halls till midnight. I will never stay here again. I will also tell anyone else going to Kamloops to not stay there. Almost 600 bucks for two nights!? Ridiculous.

Was not advertised that the water slide was not working. Whole point of staying there was for the water slide for my kids. We didn’t go swimming we went elsewhere to swim because we wanted to go on the dang water slide! For the price of the hotel I thought it would have been better. Pillows were uncomfortable if I knew I would have brought one from home. So annoyed and they wouldn’t give a discount because the water slide was closed. Next time they answer the phone they should let ppl know that the water slide is closed
