Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Kamloops

Operations of process was well operation with staff working in teams. From housekeeping to dining area. Everyone worked with a smile and we're courteous and prompt. I am a former business traveler and found all details were handled. Dining area the staff were quick to refill food and clean tables to keep up with the volume of travelers coming for breakfast. One improvement needed is only providing 1 washer and 1 dryer for a hotel that houses tournament youths and family is totally in adequate.

Checkout staff were rude, breakfast finished early therefore we missed this and kids and parties were noisy and running in halls past 11pm.

Amazing hotel here. There isn’t fancy hotel, but very clean everywhere, house keeper trained well and high skill of cleaning and very friendly. An one front desk middle age lady isn’t friendly but mostly front desk are friendly, breakfast is great, only I don’t like pre-made omelette made by bottle of liquid egg, otherwise all good and breakfast room lady is extremely friendly and she always keep clean around table and buffet area, get happy energy from her every morning! We stayed two Queen room but there is so much space not as usual hotels, usual hotels are nothing much space around desk/tv/ drawer areas but this hotel room has lot of space between beds,tv, desk area, and door area! (im not yoga people but two people can yoga same time, that much space is there!) I really love that point, because feel good with lots of space if you stay with family.(family always has lots of baggage and need space) And pools also my kids happy. Say again, there isn’t fancy hotel, but you can get great experience like top level of hotel. I do not wanted to leave those good reviews because might be difficult to get reservation for next our stays…but I wanted to give them for good reviews for theirs great job.

Hotel was good. Had a sports team there and I don’t know why they can’t put them all together in a section of the hotel as the kids were loud until late and started fairly early. Running past the rooms repeatedly. You would think coach/ chaperones would do something but guess it’s on the hotel to show them how parent.

I love this hotel and would recommend to any of my friends, family, or overhearing anyone thinking of spending time in Kamloops. Clean, excellent staff - can't send enough high-praises. I will definitely make a point to stay here each & every time I come through Kamloops. You won't be disappointed.
