I would just have to say. That this was a very nice place to stay. With in the city of Kamloops. Lots of choices in the area. For me I will not be looking anywhere else. The staff made me feel like I was family. Counting down the days till my next little getaway. Highly recommended. Thank everyone for their hard work on making this hotel possible. For a lovely visit.

The hotel was clean and my kids loved the outdoor pool. The surface around the pool was very rough but we understand it is being resurfaced soon. One big disappointment was the breakfast. The listing shows pancakes, pastries and cereals but instead we got a bagged breakfast with a granola bar, juice box, packaged muffin and a fruit. Not quite what we were expecting given the listing. COVID has been ongoing for 2 years. Plenty of time to omit pictures that are inaccurate.

Great overnight stay. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff were wonderful. Room had everything we needed including being pet friendly. My only complaint is the people above us were loud and the people next to us had a crying baby which I heard in the middle of the night. We would stay here again.

Nothing special but it appeared clean, beds were comfortable and check-in/out was simple. Only complaint would be that it is quite noisy both road noise and the kids next door running around banging on doors & windows :/ Fine for a 1 night stay...

Very loudly, hearing traffic from highway. Small room for family of 4. Breakfast come in a bag, very poor and no place to eat it in the room.
