Wedgewood Hotel & Spa

Our flight was delayed so we ended up checking in at 3am in the morning. We were greeted at the door even though it was in the middle of the night and even identified our names without prompting. The check in process was very easy and extremely friendly. The upgraded room was very spacious and we loved the small goodies like a personalized card, cookies, and wine. It was a great way to end the day after a long day of traveling with small kids.

The hotel was lovely. The staff made the stay great, particularly Kirby and Ryan. We really enjoyed our stay and it was super close to everything which was great. The only downside for us was the property had no laundry facilities which come in really handy when travelling with a large family.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staffs. Welcome cookies were so delicious and my kid did not leave me any and I could not buy it either. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Wedgewood Hotel. The staff is excellent. From the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out (in reality longer because they held our luggage for 4 hours after checkout) the staff were attentive to every one of our needs. We ate at the Bacchus restaurant for breakfast every morning, had dinner there one evening, and ordered late night room service 3 nights. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. My wife and her friend enjoyed their spa treatments (facial and massage) as well. The hotel is in a safe area with a wide array of restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future.

We loved the stay at Wedgewood Hotel & Spa. The lobby was gorgeous, the restaurant had delicious food, outstanding service, and nice ambience. The spa was amazing as well. Our room was perfect. We definitely will be back. Highest of recommendations from our family! Happy Holidays! It was a wonderful place to spend two of our holidays!

Fabulous old world charm with amazing welcoming staff and a comfy bed & pillow and blackout drapes. Slept like a baby and loved every moment of our stay. Unlike other Vancouver properties this hotel doesn't have much of a view but its charm and service and classiness make up for this in spades. No time to miss the view we were too busy taking in the sites from this spectacular location near the Orpheum, Art Gallery and entertainment district. This is our new go to hotel in Vancouver.

We came to the hotel to visit our kid while she had a short college break. We stayed in a king suite -three adults and two small dogs. We had plenty of room and the pullout couch was pretty comfortable. The staff was excellent throughout. Our snappy/barky dog was greeted with humor and biscuits. The cleaning staff was professional and accommodated our unusual timing (because of the weather and dogs we were in our room a lot). The fitness center was very nice and had a peloton bike (yay). They provided clean comfy headphones -a real plus. Only downside was they provided disinfectant spay and paper towels rather than wipes-I’m always a bit skeptical about whether people use the spray. We had breakfast at the restaurant and room service one night. Expensive but good quality. The restaurant has comfy seating that overlooks the street -a nice way to start the day. The neighbor is safe and the location is great for shopping and museums. The walk to the Granville island ferry is about 10-15 min (ferries allow dogs!). We’re looking forward to our next visit!

One of the finest hotels in all of Vancouver. They go above and beyond on cleanliness and service. From the room (junior suite) to the restaurant and bar.

The Wedgwood is the finest boutique hotel in Vancouver and perhaps in any we have found around the world. It is literally our home away from home. We have been staying here for decades and the experience keeps getting better. We are always treated like family, the location, ambience, rooms and customer service are always exceptional. There is literally no other hotel we would consider in Vancouver.
