Had a fantastic stay at this hotel, comfortable,clean and quiet. Parking was available and very secure. 15 min walk to stadiums and very close to shops and resturants. Staff are professional and very friendly. Would stay here again and definitley recommend this hotel to friend\family. Thank you Moda hotel.

i was forced to cancel my reservation for a medical emergency (a kidney stone) and while my stay was prepaid via orbitz (who tried getting payment reversed but MODA would not talk or even help them OR myself). their entire attitude was 'too bad so sad' even for a medical emergency. completely unhelpful staff and of course the 'general manager' was out of town the couple times i tried to get any help. do NOT ever pay in advance and do NOT ever expect a reversal of payment for ANY reason.

Quite small and basic and parking is an absolute hassle, but it is in a good location. One night to see a show it's ideal, not recommended for longer stays or if you have kids.

Short (1 night) stay with family. Pretty basic hotel in a slightly seedy part of town. On the positive side, staff were friendly and the price was good.

The hotel is perfectly located. Food and trains in walking distance. I got junior room it was cute and perfect size for 1 person. Clean. Good shower head. The traffic noise didn’t bother me only thing is you can hear everything through walls and halls. Would definitely stay again.

We really liked overall. The stuffs are very very attention, They gave us a great explanation about the parking no is complicated to understand. We came with our family and we really enjoyed the hotel. So clean, the bed no are bad,there some channels to watching… just TV could be bigger lol.

The location of Moda is ideal to explore YVR by feet. Loved this about it! We also had to leave a few days earlier than planned for a family emergency and the hotel was super accommodating. Very grateful for their flexibility.

The hotel was ok, it was clean and a good location. However the parking garage isn’t connected to the hotel, not ideal if you have a family or lots of stuff. Also the mattress was so HARD!!!!! For that reason alone I won’t be back.
