I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were as pleasant, engaging, accommodating and friendly as the staff at this hotel. Honestly it felt more like family than hotel staff. The room was spacious and clean and the location was near to things in the area we needed.

Our family enjoyed the warmer salt water pool, room amenities were great! Room was spacious and very kid friendly. They came to give cookies and treats for the kids which was a surprise. The valet parking was very convenient. We were able to walk around the town without our car.

Absolutely the BEST hotel experience our family has ever had! We traveled with two kids (ages 6 & 9) and the service was impeccable. Turn down service was amazing! They even put book marks by each book that was left out on the bedside tables. My kids got their own robes, the pool was glorious, the staff was top notch. Definitely staying here again in the future. Even room service was delicious. For a family of four, I am still in awe of how easy everything was and how relaxed we all felt during our stay. Thank you to the phenomenal staff that made us feel welcome, comfortable, and special for the duration of our visit!

Love this Hotel! Perfect location, right next to the art gallery and Robson Square with a skating rink that our kids loved! The only thing missing was a hot tub by the pool. otherwise, was a perfect stay!

Staying at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia was an amazing experience! We were already expecting a great service, but the staff goes above and beyond any high standards. From the minute we entered the hotel, there wasn’t a moment we weren’t happy to be there. The staff is extremely caring and friendly. Our only observation would be the lack of a hot tub, as it is one of the elements our family really looks forward during our hotel stays. No matter what, we highly recommend the Rosewood Hotel Georgia and look forward to our next visit.

Property was nicely located in the downtown area. Staff was superb. Special thanks to Robert who always was one step ahead with luggage, purchases, cars, and a warm greeting on the outside or in the lobby. Great employee with our family. Lots of patience.

The hotel itself is fabulous, especially the swimming pool! Room layout (double Queens for family of 4) is cleaver. The beds/mattresses are the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in. However, the prime location comes with one drawback - Noise. So if you are a light sleeper you might not find it too enjoyable

It was the finest hotel in Vancouver. I have stayed at various 5-star hotels, but none compare to this establishment within the city. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and kind. The remodeled junior suite was exquisite. I was deeply impressed by the meticulous attention to service.
