I love the Sutton. Super family-friendly, convenient location, excellent staff. We prefer to stay here anytime we come to Vancouver with our young kids.

Ww had a great stay. My spouse and 2 grandchildren. The kids loved the pool and hot was great. The service was excellent. The door man took our luggage up and down when we checked out. We always had someo e greet us at the frint door. Beds and pillows were comfy. The snacks and beverages were expensive so we didnt ha e any. A great liquor store attatched to the property. The rooms and hotel were clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We chise not to eat at the main restaurant as it was expensive. Lots of coffee shops and eateries close by.

Excellent location. The staff is extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. The rooms are kept very clean. The room is comfortable, quiet, and the bed was comfortable on the back. We would definitely return to the Sutton and recommend it to our family and friends.

The Sutton Place Hotel is amazing. Very family friendly. The pool and hot tub are very clean and super fun! The Boulevard restauarant is Michelin recommended and certainly worth it! If you have a kid or just love ice cream, you must get the ice cream dessert. It's an experience! Will definitely be coming back.

The location was great. Regrettably, the A/C unit in our room produced such a loud rattle that we were compelled to relocate to another room. This proved to be quite inconvenient, as we had already unpacked and settled into bed for the night. Despite our attempts to address the issue, the response from the staff was lacking. Although we were made aware that there were alternate rooms available, our request for an equal or greater room change was not accommodated adequately, resulting in a downgrade to a smaller room, and we are a family of four. This falls short of expected standards, particularly given the premium rates we had paid in advance. Considering these factors, I can only recommend this establishment solely for its location. However, for future visits to Vancouver, we will be exploring alternative lodging options.

From the time we checked in the front desk staff was quite short and rude. Asked about early check in but wasn’t able to accommodate our needs with young children. They called after 4pm to tell us room was ready, not to mention our room key wasn’t working twice and had to return to front desk to get fixed. Headed to pool but stopped by lobby store for water and the staff member informed me that the drink fridge was broken so no cold beverages. Just a sour taste in our mouths while we tried to have a girls trip staycation. Won’t be returning

We really like this hotel. Our room nice, beds comfy but there is no room to move. We had a room with 2 queen beds to share with our kids. It feels very tight with all four of us and our luggage. Our room was clean, nicely done. Do wish we could use the mini fridge for our own items. Over all a really nice stay.

Great location and rooms were nice. Pool was great for the kids but there is only 3 seats in the entire pool area. More seating for parents and people not in the pool would be nice.
