Family room was spacious and worked great for a family of four. A plenty of shopping and dining options available in walkable distance. Not easy to in and out and expensive, but on-site parking available. Friendly and well trained staffs!

After staying at Fairmont Pacific Rim for 3 nights, we moved to Sheraton Wall Center in Vancouver, which was a down grade in both the service and rooms. The service was minimal at best and the rooms were very small, especially our first room, which we decided to upgrade, due to it small size and tired look. The upgrade was much better as it came with the club lounge as well as a beautiful view. The service improved a little as well, but not even close to Fairmont Pacific Rim which is about $100 more a night compared to Sheraton Wall Junior suite that we upgraded too. Also this hotel had way too many children for my liking. They consumed the club lounge which didn’t make it feel relaxing or peaceful. Great location though. Close to Y Yoga studio as well as Robson St. We dined a several restaurants in Yaletown that was a 8 min walk. Lots of great restaurants, shopping and facilities for exercising within a 15-20 min walk. We also enjoyed Smile Thai Wellness Spa that gave us the best Thai Massages ever. It’s only a 15 min walk from this hotel. So location was premium.

I booked a junior suite for my mom and her partner which cost me an arm and a leg but I didn't mind the price thinking that they'd have more room but it's a tiny room! And there's no dressers for them to put their clothes in!?!? Living out of a suitcase when you stay at a Sheraton is a bit odd and there were several head hairs and pubes in the bathroom so that was adding insult to injury and my mom was just horrified! I'm just really disappointed because I chose the Sheraton to treat them but in this case, any cheaper hotel would've sufficed. As far as the restaurant goes, the service was impeccable but the food was nothing to write home about. My appetizer was good but small scallops instead of jumbo ones? My main lacked salt!! It lacked salt!! It's the first thing they teach you in culinary school is to salt your food!! And to taste it and make sure it's salted and good! There were 4 of us and 3 said that their main lacked salt and that the crème brûlée lacked sweetness and the top was not crunchy like a crème brûlée. I really thought the Sheraton was better than this!! The room lacked and the restaurant lacked!! Will I return? Let me get back to you on that one....

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the city view was stunning! Location in the city was great and we walked to nearby dining and coffee. The indoor pool area was a hit with my kids. The parking garage was warm which was a plus. We would stay here again.

Would recommend choosing another hotel as the price is not worth it when other similar options are available in the area. The courtyard was pretty with the lights and the gym and pool were enjoyed by our family (one hot tub was broken) but it still didn’t make it a place we would choose to return to. The room we had in the south tower was dated and awkwardly arranged, the shower drain backed up so you were standing in 6 inches of water, and our room was above St. Paul’s emergency so the sirens kept us awake. The two double beds were comfortable so that was good. there were no robes unless you asked and they tried to charge us $30 for my 5 year old granddaughter to stay with us, this was corrected when I spoke to the front staff about the bill. Getting to the pool was convoluted as it was in a different tower and the easiest route was to walk across the courtyard which was not ideal with a small child. Parking was expensive, as is standard in the city, but the attendants were less that accommodating when we were loading and unloading in the designated spaces, trying to shoo us away as we checked out.

I enjoyed the overall ease of walking to all the various shops and restaurants in downtown Vancouver. The lobby and bar are modern and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had the family suite which was very nicely laid out. The beds, pillows and comforters were very soft and comfortable. The only slight issue is that during peak times, there might be a long queue to wait to use the elevators, for both North and South towers. It caused frustrations as we were almost late to our appointments due to the long wait times trying to get to the Lobby,

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Wall Center. It was a perfect experience as far as a downtown hotel could provide. Location was central and close to all shopping and attractions, either by walk or a short Uber ride. The rooms were classy and clean and featured floor to ceiling glass windows that provided great views of the city, mountains and water and made the rooms feel grand and bright. And the staff in all departments were always very courteous, helpful and professional. Not even one “bad apple” in the team. From the front desk (Damien, Elle) to the valets/bell staff and the exceptional concierge (Curtis, Sofia), everything about this hotel is just magnificent. A must return stay for us when we visit Vancouver in the future. The hotel is officially rated a 4 star but how we were welcomed and cared for made it feel like staying at a 5 star.

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were nice. Room service was Doordash-style so I had to eat with plastic utensils out of cardboard boxes. Also, there as a diaper pail in my room filled with trash (not dirty diapers) that I had to make a special request to housekeeping to deal with and there was a hair on the wall in the shower when I left my room that was still there after they cleaned the room. That was my only reservation - the housekeeping. The view from my room was spectacular and I slept like a baby. I would stay there again.
