Clean and well-maintained property. Courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Our floor was a bit noisy with other kids, but that's okay.

Very friendly staff. One of our children was ill overnight and the staff went out of their way with extra towels. They were also helpful with parking. Overall impressive service for such a reasonably priced hotel.

We (family of 4) stayed for one night while in Banff to snowboard. The price was great, the room was clean and quiet and the breakfast included was very good with lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Clean rooms and great service. Stayed on the main floor and had outdoor access. Pool and hot tub was good for our family.

I and my family spent a night at the hotel in August 2023. Our room was neat. A big shout to the staff. You guys are awesome. They were always available to assist us with our needs while staying at the hotel.

Great hotel for our family. Had the little suit above the pool, was perfect for us. Staff was friendly. We liked the breakfast the waffles were a hit with my son!

It was a a nice hotel for a family sta, the kids enjoyed the pool, the hot breakfast was much better than expected and it was a short walk to downtown banff

The room was big and very clean. The pool was crowded with kids and it was awesome. The water temperature was nice. I definitely loved the breakfast, but not a coffee.

Grest experience right from check in. The front desk staff were all amazingly friendly and informative. We opted for no housekeeping for our whole stay but spoke with housekeeping in the halls. They were also all very friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet and the pool, although small, was very enjoyable as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family
