I can complain about the treatment we got, even the restaurant is really convenient will reasonable prices, but what I didn't like was the lack of cleanliness in their bedding, the worst part is that I saw what I saw until the morning after we slept on the bed. Thanks God my kids were in the other bed. Please check the undercover on your bedding. 😢

Travelling with family. i must say property was well maintained, staff was excellent specifically the person works at night he is accommodating person. he knows what he is doing. I wish there is breakfast included. over all stayed in this hotel was very satisfying. i will recommend this to a friends and family.

This is our 3rd time at this property. We like the location and the staff at this hotel. Erica, the staff at the reception desk was very pleasant and welcoming. We were able to check in an hour earlier which was great when traveling with kids. The room was a good size and clean, had a mini fridge, coffee maker, and hot water kettle, no microwave though. Our room was right next to another property, and we could hear noises at night from their guests, even with our windows closed. One of the rooms next to ours had a dog that kept barking during the wee hours of the morning and kept doing it whenever someone walks past their room, which was an unpleasant experience for us. We didn't complain coz we know the staff won't be able to do anything about the dog.

Great family property with large rooms

We travel as a family and our room was really clean. We did not tried out our jetted tube, so I can’t say if it worked or not. They do have lockers down stairs for ski equipment. Hotel is like a block or two from all the stores and restaurants. Staff was super friendly. And the restaurant they have is good and has the cheapest prices in town for dining. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place close to public transit and all that Banff has to offer. Spacious rooms for a family of 4

The room is tiny and facing to the parking area(first floor). The very disappointing part is the washroom. The vanity is not in the washroom and the door is barely closed without swiping the toilet. Very inconvenient design for family. The shower is shabby, too.
