Banff Inn

We had one of the loft suites and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Parking and ski storage underground was great. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna. We did eat at the restaurant and it was just fine. Older, but remodeled building so not many outlets in the room for charging phones or Something that bugged us during our stay was that there is no place to hang clothing or coats. Two dressers are in the room, but no closet, hangars, or hooks. On a ski trip there is lots to hang up. I ended up going to the local hardware store and buying some S-hooks to use on the stair-rail so we could hang up our ski jackets and pants for our 5 night stay. Leaving them on the floor would be a soggy mess. I suppose if you brought your own hangars you could hang those on the railing too.

Overall nice clean and safe hotel. Air was a little dry for my family but it was still late winter. Would come back.

Very accomodating and friendly staffs. Room is clean. We enjoyed the sauna the most! Our family had a wonderful stay!

The check in was fast and easy. The loft was nice and clean. Comfy beds. Spacious. Only problem is the parking. Not enough parking space in the basement. So we parked by the streets. Also was hard to find. Quite a bit of walk back to the hotel. Would also be nice to have a pool for the kids to enjoy and not just the hot tub. And a complimentary breakfast would be nice too. Quite expensive for the price without food. Overall i was satisfied with my stay in this hotel.

Great stay with family!

This place is one of the best hotels in Banff. It was our second time to stay here and every experience is always something that my kids will remember.

The rooms are clean and nicely sized. But our room door lock was broken and they did not fix it until the following day. They did not offer to move us to a new room. They charged us occupancy for our 2 children ....even when we had paid for 2 rooms to accomodate all the adults. It was disappointing to not be treated with good customer service. With all the choices for midrange hotels, i would not go back here again.

Booking was easy , rooms were spacious. Mattress was comfortable. I don’t agree with extra charge for children above 12.
