While the property is dated, such as carpets in halls and woodwork, the rooms are updated and clean. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms making it less expensive yet still private. We loved being able to walk into Banff!

Everything was great we had our family dog with us. Only down fall was some info. On transportation… we were miss-informed, dogs are not allowed on public buses so we couldn’t make it to the gondola.

Pros: Rocky Mountain Soap products, room and bathroom were spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, cribs were available, walk out balcony, good price point. Cons: No front desk, no elevators to parkade and there are steps into the hotel with no ramp (we have a baby/stroller and my husband had a knee walker for a broken foot so this lack of accessibility made for some difficulties), dirty rag was found behind a chair.

Our family rented two rooms. The rooms themselves were updated and reasonably clean. We found someone else’s leftovers in our fridge. The hallways and corridors were very tired. It is not a secured building which seemed odd and felt unsafe. They have no front office in the building which felt even more unsafe. You have to check in next door at a different hotel. I will not return to this property.
