The Fox Hotel and Suites

Great stay and kids loved the hot pools in the cave. Such a cool concept. Took less then 10 min to walk downtown. Perfect location. Only complaint is the rooms are too tight for a family of 4 with 3 suitcases. Nowhere to lay out suitecase.

The room we had stayed in definitely was lacking some general maintenance, and the things that were repaired, looked like they were repaired by someome who has never done that type of work before. The room was cleanish when we arrived, and what i mean is some places werent vacummed like under the sofa. The premium loft room was good otherwise. The hot pool is definitely what made our stay the most memorable and enjoyable, but beware the bottom of the pool will cut up your feet. Out of my family of 6, two of our kids got cuts on their toes. Also, the underground parking at a height of 6.3" does not fit most trucks or suv's.

The hot tub was so noisy; too many kids. The walls are paper thin; the family beside me was very loud. At 6:30 am a large industrial fan is right across from my room and it was very loud. I wanted a quiet getaway. This isn’t the place for that.

This hotel is more suited to couples looking for a getaway more than family’s. The hot tub is nice but too warm for little kids

We really enjoy this hotel, the location is great. Its a great bonus for us because we have a young toddler so finding a hotel that has a bedroom with a closed off door is valuable. The hot tub is worth the visit and saves us from going to the over packed hot springs. My complaints this time around are specific to cleanliness. We are pretty easy going but its clear the units need a deep clean. The bathroom was the worst offender, there was rust spots all over the tub, the shower head is caked in calcium, corners of the bathroom are disgusting, toilet had both hard water stains (which were brown and don't leave a good feeling) and the toilet seat itself had 2 hairs on it when we arrived - I should have taken photos but who wants to have those on your phone. I LOVE that they use Rocky Mountain Soap company, but then showering to find out the conditioner was completely out even though the little window appeared the bottle was full. There was finger prints all over the glass balcony and TV so clearly haven't been wiped down. It's minor things to us, but given the prices for these rooms, its disappointing to see. We would love to return and perhaps next time I'll be more critical in asking to change rooms given the one we had this time was in rather poor condition. They need to start better inspecting these rooms or hiring better cleaning staff.

Very clean, friendly staff and great atmosphere for solo travellers or family’s looking to get away.

Our family loved the unique underground hot tub!

The groto pool is an obvious stand out here, such a cool feature. Maybe not the best with kids as it's definitely more of a chill pool. Close to town, easy walk to restaurants bars and shops. Booked a queen standard room and with Expedia VIP got upgraded to a king Jr suite at no extra charge! Certainly not always going to be the case if the hotel is booked up, but was very welcome. Staff was friendly, some cosmetic wear and tear to the rooms but it's not a brand new place. Overall, great!

Everything went well with us ,gave us free shuttle to downtown ,used my vip credits at breakfast ,staff were soo nice ,but no water in the vending machine i forgot to buy from the store and i do boil water but it looks greesy im not sure if its the cup or the kettle or the water itself but otherwise everything went well , i should buy water bottle next time ,ill be using the same hotel next time when i with my children and recommend to my friends ,the hot pool was so nice and healthy for the body ,we like it
