Perfect spot to stay in Banff! Walking distance to everything and great rooms! This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed here as a family and really enjoyed it. Five stars all the way.

We stayed one night on a family trip to the Rocky Mountains. It was good except that the room assigned was on the first floor. However, it was cheaper than the pre-booked price because there were many empty rooms on the day I went.

The stay was good. Although it said the room could accommodate 4 adults, it was a bit tight. It might be better for a family of 4. Location was excellent, conveniently located at the centre of the town. Front desk service was very good. I especially appreciate that they allow us to park our car in the garage after our checkout as we had a late flight home. That let us enjoy the town more freely even after check out.

Took my family of 6 to Banff and stayed at this property. The hotel was amazing room that fit us perfectly. Fantastic location that allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Looking forward to rebooking next year.

What an amazing experience! Location was perfect as well as accommodations. The rooftop hot tub was fantastic. What a great way to rest muscles after a day of hiking. We had kind, friendly service. We even bought the stuffed moose at the front desk to take home to our grandchild! What a wonderful place

Our family had a fantastic experience at Moose Hotel. The staff were accommodating with our requests & friendly. The place is welcoming with a roaring fire in the lobby with comfy couches. The BEST part is the 2 roof top hot tubs with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Watched sunrises & sunsets while soaking in the tub. Don't worry about being outside, the patio floor is heated & there is also a heated couch sectional & heated seating area around a fire pit where we ate breakfast. 2 blocks walk to main shopping area. Free parking.
