Booked this as a Rydges it is no longer that brand probably can guess why. Checking in took forever despite us being the only ones there. Over half an hour at 10pm with tired kids in tow. The place is old and needs a good Reno in the rooms with furniture and fittings showing well used age. The room wasnt well cleaned and the beds not properly made. The rooms facing the road have windows older than me and provide no sound proofing at all. Not good when a nearby bar was pumping party music till 3am and the drunks were out on the road screaming and this was a Thursday. Overall pretty average. Location close to the cruise ship port and other stuff was good as it gets and I guess what saves it. But its super expensive for what it was and not worth it. Next time I'll just walk further from one of other Circular Quay options...

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel however is in dire need of renovation, the carpet in our room was very worn and the decor is very tired. It was easily the worst shower I've had from a recognized hotel chain ,with pressure that wouldn't knock a baby bird off it's perch but unless you were really care the hot water would take your skin off. The hotel pictures were very economical with the truth especially the pool pics. Breakfast was excellent and good value .

Everyone was so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids made the most of the rooftop pool and spa.

Room was dingy and small even though we booked for a family of 4, bathtub was covered in grime. Really disappointing experience given the price. Also had a neighbour who was swearing, throwing things and yelling on two of the three nights we stayed. To be fair to the staff on reception they did go up and speak to them but they should have been chucked out.

Loved the location and the pool. I think the dining room needs to improve, limited menu and no options for kids.

Have stayed here before and it didnt disappoint this time. We love the locality which is an easy walk to shops transport and the harbour. Breakfast is great. The grandkids loved the rooftop pool even in the rain. Plenty of dining options close by.
