It was our first time in Sydney and we are glad that we opted to stay at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour Hotel. First of all the check-in experience is quick and efficient, guest service staff are very courteous. Most notably, I commend all the staff at Q Dining for making our breakfast experience memorable and perfect every morning. Superb customer service and top-notched staff. The view from our balcony room is an enviable site and seeing the harbour bridge and the harbour. The location is so perfect for getting around Sydney’s attractions. Our stay has been a memorable and unforgettable experience. My family will definitely stay again at Pullman when we come back to Sydney.

There were roaches in the bathroom - one or two, families. The shower/water never stayed warm - it was a lot of cold showers. 2 out of 3 nights, I wasn't able to order room service after 10 pm - on one night, no one even picked up the phone after holding for 5 minutes (and recalling). Half the service personnel care enough (managers), and the other half seem apathetic. The view is all that it has going for it, everything else seems like an old, poorly renovated condo (not a hotel).

The Pullman Grand Quay was fabulous to stay at. Our family of four had plenty of space int he gorgeous room, with a fabulous view. The staff were lovely and facilities perfect. At to top it off the location was perfect. Our stay in Sydney was made all the more wonderful for staying at this hotel.

My family of 4 loved this stay so close to the rail network, and next day walking distance to board our cruise. The swimming pool has an amazing view over the harbor and at night seeing the lights over the busy quay and rail station was exciting.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Circular Quay, looking out to the Bridge on one side and botanic park on the other, and literally a minute or two walk to the ferries and the Opera House. Our "double bed" room was happily true to the photos - it's actually a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette, we had two kids on the sofa bed in the lounge and still had some room to move, much better than a standard hotel suite but without full apartment pricing. While it's showing a few signs of age, the hotel is still well fitted out and maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. It has a pool and spa looking out to circular quay, and a small but functional gym. Would stay again as base for a Sydney holiday.
