Easy check in and they were very helpful in consolidating the bill between the two rooms we secured. We had a very nice time. It is a hidden gem in the Sydney area. Will recommend to friends and family.

PierOne is the best hotel i have ever stayed in, being dog friendly makes it extra special as we are able to enjoy a break with our fur kids. Everything is in walk distance and accessible. My only comment would be to add more vegetarian friendly options to the menues. I know a good chef should be able to easily modify the dishes for various dietary requirements so hopefully next time we can dine in the hotel.

This property and setting is beautiful, and the suite we had was the perfect setup for a small family group. Amazing bath too. For us it was a 4 not 5 as we were right above the bar and it was super noisy especially when travelling with a preschooler. We had some trouble with a bad smell coming from the furniture which appeared to be from residual dampness after cleaning. The replacement chairs were better, but still had the smell if you touched them making them pretty unusable and unpleasant and one of the housekeeping members seemed a bit put out to be assisting.

Great location, very nice set up, but not much on offer for kids - if I had known that prior to booking I would have gone somewhere else.
