This is our first time in Sydney and this particular Four Seasons added extra pleasure of visiting the city. The staffs were very attentive and eager to help to make sure our stay is perfect. We are a family of four (kids 12 and 13 years old) so did lot of family activities, including Opera House tour, Bondi beach, opening night of Sunset Bvld musical, museums, dinner out every night- the location was just amazing for walking distance to various places or taxis always lining up ready to go. My kids were sad to leave for our next city in Australia but would love to come back to stay again here.

This was a fantastic hotel and perfect for our family. There was a great welcome gift waiting for us and they even had toys for our youngest. really happy with our room as well. It was spacious and had a great view of the Sydney Opera House. The location is perfect too. Really close to Circular Quay and the Opera House.

Pros: 1. Friendly staff. 2. Good proximity to circular quay station. 3. Efficient check-in and check-out Cons: 1. Shower spray was very weak. 2. Could hear a baby crying in the next room and outdoor traffic. I would have thought that the rooms would have better soundproofing. 3. Lounge access is quite expensive for what you get. Better value if you're a big drinker. 2. Room service portions are very small

Great staff overall and the property are well presented. Had a great time with the family and have appreciated their surprise birthday cake for my wife.
