Bar runs out of many things in their menu. No trurn down service. Tiny shower stall. No separare bath tub. Gym does not have shower area. Pool crowded with screaming children. Not restful

Very good hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. However, the Hotel sits on top of a hill (The Rocks). It’s hard to get there by foot and almost impossible with a wheelchair or pram. Circular Quay seems near by but actually it’s quite a journey. You should consider this hotel only if you like to climb stairs or if you use always a Taxi. Don’t book it if you have a wheelchair or kids.

There is a slope next to the hotel, if you’re traveling with elder people or small children, it might be little inconvenient

Unfortunately other guests made lots of noise waking us up on three of the nights! Also for a classy hotel I felt there was too many children staying there especially when they were running around at breakfast time in the dining area

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and accomodating staff. The room was clean, spacious, classy and had plenty of power points so we could comfortably charge multiple devices. Felt very safe there with the kids who absolutely loved the pool. Will absolutely use this hotel in the future.

Only isuue was that the pool closed too early. I specifically went there to take my kids swimming but i never got a chance to swim. Otherwise the hotel was very nice

Love Shangri-La Sydney. It’s always our go to when visiting Sydney. It’s proximity to attractions, transport is great, especially with small children. Pool is good, however it needed to be heated a more. The water this time was freezing so everyone was squeezing into the spa. The only disappointing thing are the pillows - they are terrible! Hugely uncomfortable. It was the same issue two years ago when we stayed

Hi , I stay at Shangri-La many times before with my family but this time it’s has been changed. Check in lady was very dry and very crowded. The Resturant was not nice. I asked for higher level but I didn’t get it . To me it’s not excellent any more

Excellent happy staff who easily identified ways to make our stay memorable and looked after the childrens needs as well and made them feel hugely welcome.
