Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay

We booked as a part of my 80th birthday celebration. I phoned a few days before our arrival and asked the Desk if, in view of this, we could get a room with some view other than brick walls. On arrival: fast check in, and our room was on level 20 with a full view of the Quay and Harbour Bridge. MAGIC!! And, to add to the special feeling we had a plate of special chocolates, macaroons and a happy Birthday card!! It was great to think such a big hotel can make guests feel special and valued. We will highly recommend your hotel to family and friends!!! THANK YOU

Great greeting with complimentary beer and wine for us 4 adults and lollies and chocolates for my kids. Friendly staff and helpful. Great price for the view we had of the harbour bridge and could also see the lights for Vivid after we left the light show so the kids loved that. Only negative was we had to wait for our room as we arrived around 2:30pm and didn’t get access till 3:30pm even though check in was at 3pm and I had to follow up two times.

I travelled with my family with two kids. I appreciated that they let us check-in early since the kids are tired from the flight. Location is excellent since it's walking distance to most attraction in CBD, restaurants and malls. Hall ways and rooms are dated though but still okay. Pool needs more heating and not kids friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My kids were treated like royalty upon walking through the front door. People came from seemingly nowhere and suddenly they were offered a welcome treat from a basket and then someone else had a bag of toys for them. They felt just as important as everyone else. Well done!!

Loved our stay at the Harbour Marriot, we came back after 6 years and the place was as good as before. Though the room we booked felt a bit smaller than last time for our family of 4. Breakfast buffet was amazing as always!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Amazing customer service and everyone was so welcoming, especially hard to find when the kids are with us. Everyone was helpful and accomodating. The room was so clean and when the tv wasn't working, somewhere was there so quick to fix the issue. Absolutely amazing stay!

I only booked this hotel as it has an indoor pool and a sauns. My kids love to swim and i love saunas, the water was absolutely freezing and the sauna was out of order. Not very happy

My family and I stayed at the Marriott for 3 days and it was well worth it, the night staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure we taken care of and we were having a rough night, so we had to book a last minute stay; Philo and her colleague greeted us and upgraded our room to the 29th floor/Elite Level after I mentioned how terrible of a night we were having. She even gave us a bag filled with goodies and we had a stunning view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge & The Rocks from our window! The only thing we noticed is that the bathroom is quite outdated and is starting to run down, there was also mold under the mirrors since there is no fan in the washroom to get rid of the moisture build-up. Excluding a suggestion to renovate the bathrooms, everything else was perfect!

Great place to stay! We found a dirty sock on the floor! A double and 2 singles would be better suited to a family of 4!
