Beautiful peaceful stay with everything needed. Comfortable bed with good pillow options. Wonderful service. Quality amenities and food - they cater for infants and pets too.

My room was incorrectly made up with children’s clothes, tents and colouring in equipment. The room was full of dust and I had to leave in the middle of the night to get a Claratyne tablet. The staff member in the restaurant at dinner was rude when I requested to take a cake to my room ( told me they can’t be responsible if it goes off and I get sick) and made me leave it. Overall a terrible experience not withstanding the hotel is very tired in the non common areas of the hotel like my room.

For a luxury hotel, this was a very friendly, personable hotel experience for me and my family. I have a young child and the staff were very patient and accomodating of our noise and chaos. The pool was a wonderful treat too, we spent a lot of there! The rooms were lovely and bright and very spacious. Overall, this was a very relaxing and happy place to stay in.

We had a fantastic family break away. We especially enjoyed the pool. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. The Langham car trip to the restaurant was also a highlight.
