An impeccable hotel that made for a great, week-long stay with the family. The location was within a five minute walk to Circular Quay and this provided easy access to all of Sydney. The custodial staff was great and they kept our room in immaculate shape for our stay. The roof top access is a great selling point for the hotel but not an option for most people as it requires a reservation as well as a moderate, minimum purchase once you visit. It is not open or accessible for families or taking pictures. The daily breakfast was great with a multitude of options for multiple cultures... well done. Overall, five stars and a great hotel!

Stay was average. Dirty headboard and pink mould in shower grout. Bed was really low to ground but comfortable enough. Housekeeping staff kept coming in and turning aircon off while we were out so room was stifling hot each time we returned. They also kept taking cups and glasses to wash and never returned them. Harbour view was obstructed. Could hear kids in the next room screaming and crying early in the morning. The staff at breakfast were lovely though and breakfast options were plentiful and hotel is close to public transport.

Stayed with family in this place, it is very close to Opera House and public transport. walk distance to Ferrie and The Rock. The breakfast wasn't good as 6years ago when i stayed here for the first time, very simple. i booked a room for 2 adult and 2 kids, and payed for full breakfast, but they charged us for kid's breakfast!!!! No happy.

The hotel is situated in the perfect location for access to the harbour, but we struggled to find other pros during our stay. The children received a small toy upon check in which was a sweet small gesture. We were allocated to a room which had recently been renovated given the hotel was under renovation. The price didn't seem to reduce given this. The room was clean, tidy and modern, but quite small. The bed was comfy, although the sheets were awful. A blanket inside a sheet that constantly slipped out making the night uncomfortable. The Aircon ran hot and cold despite being set to one temperature. The bathroom was small with no lock, the door handle seemed broken. There was no towel hook for the hand towel and no extractor fan. Even though we had the same room as the people we stayed with, our bathroom looked less modern as the toilet was a standalone, but our other guests had a built in toilet. Not an issue, just surprising to see the difference between two rooms. We didn't have access to the pool etc due to the renovations and didn't feel the room rate reflected this. We booked 2 rooms together, but were placed at opposite ends of the corridor, which was disappointing. There was no where for easy pick up or drop off when arriving / leaving by car. And we were charged for items from the mini bar, which was incorrect. However, this is being rectified after email correspondence. Not sure we'd stay again, but great location

Sensational location and beautiful building. We had some problems with broken items in out room however the staff were prompt and keen to rectify and resolve the matter. We found our room quiet and with a beautiful view. The swimming pool was busy in the afternoon with families but the view must be one of the best in Sydney.
