The door lock was broke. Our room was filled with marijuana smoke from the room below. The room above had kids jumping and making noice all day.

This hotel is amazing. 3 pools. 1 for very small children. Hot tub was great. The jets were strong enough to feel like a massage was happening. My room, a queen bed, was more than enough room. Full kitchen. 2 TVs. If I had a negative, it would be that the TV is on the other side of the room from the TV. I wish it wasn't so far away.

It was pleasant. I liked the suite for extra room. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The patio looked at the parking lot and little park. The pool was big with plenty of room for families. The food was close and good. It is older, but great for families and close to everything.

One of the best resorts that i have stayed at. Loved that i was able to walk out the door and was close to several dining options, without having to look for anything. Short walk to many dining options and a short walk to many shopping/ dining places. The Cove is very family friendly and has several pool options.

Everything was nice and spacious, but I’m glad we had family staying in the room next to us! Seems like nothing worked so we were always sharing items. (Stove top, toaster, microwave, etc)

Clean, professional staff, warm feeling good security, surreal & peaceful. The suite was outstanding the Christmas theme in every room of the suite made it feel like home. Awesome jacuzzi in our suite it was amazing. Thank Cove of Lake for a wonderful stay. Me & my family will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and very clean, our room was also clean though a little dated. The pool was definitely bigger than I thought it would be which was great for our family. The only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable and the room was SO warm, and we couldn’t turn the heat down any further. Otherwise, no issues and we would be happy to visit again.

We were there for a family vacation. The pool was fun and we enjoyed the free lunch and bands. Drinks were reasonable but you needed 2 bartenders. I was frustrated with house keeping. I had to ask 5 times got our room to be cleaned. Maids totally ignores me and the front desk doesn’t answer the phone The cabinet doors in the kitchen didn’t open and the knives were broken
