I called property before reservation to see if a balcony was available and front desk of property said it would be available for me and my family. Once I got there to check in, the front desk personnel said I was given misinformation…..,,I specifically reserved with Expedia because I thought the property was going to accommodate my request.

The staff in hotel were very friendly. The best part was the pool and hot tub. my kiddos loved swimming.

From the very beginning we were greeted with a welcoming energy and every part of the hotel was clean and efficiently planned for a family. Our room was perfect. The view to the lake, balcony and even the faux fireplace made it so cozy. The pool area was not busy and perfectly set up with a. Sauna and jacuzzi. It is a prime location with many options within walking distance to coffee shops, shopping and dining or drinks. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We always stay here during off season as we have family who lives in the area. Prices are affordable and its great. During season expect to pay a premium though.

Hotel was very clean with very friendly staff. However the beds were a disappointment. They made noises when you sat on them and seemed rickety or not sturdy. The mattresses were miserable to sleep on for my family. We woke up with backaches the next morning. I really expected better from a hotel of this caliber in Lake Geneva.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was a close to walk to the beach and jonis diner (breakfast place). There's a lot of place in walking distance. Our only complaint is that the TV was not working and the safe box did not work and it way to small!!. We followed the instructions provided, and still nothing. If the TV worked it would've been a perfect weekend for us. We traveled with our kiddo and wanted to watch his show on his down time before bed.
