Communication with the staff was easy and quick. Took the family for a staycation. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the patio area attached to our room. Geneva National is beautiful and very quiet. We will be coming back soon!

Everything about the property was beautiful and perfect. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Love the convenience of being able to text staff. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had 12 different groups stay there and we were all within walking distance from each-other. My family is already planning our next visit!

Very nice suite and clean but I was somewhat disappointed with the pool. You have a take a shuttle to the neighboring hotel- The Ridge, which is about a mile down the main road which isn’t too convenient with kids. The pool and Ridge hotel is old but remodeled. I would think Geneva Resort could do better and just build a new pool closer on the property. Otherwise room was clean and service was good. Recommend for couples.
