Everything was perfect. Wish we could use the pool but it was spring break and was full of kids so that was only down side.

The pool area was perfect for the kids. Nice breakfast and we were glad it was available early in the morning. Nice fireplace and lounging area. Would recommend for a family stay!

We stayed here from December 31- January 1st 2024. It was the worse experience my family has ever had. The room was so dirty. There was a huge period blood and urine stain on the pull out couch. There was no one working at the front desk once we checked in. There was a promised hot Continental breakfast which was one reason we booked it so we could wake up on the new year to hot breakfast. There was no one at the front desk so we could tell them about the disgusting stains on the pull out our 11 year old child was supposed to sleep on. He had to sleep onto the couch portion.

This is a nice hotel. It's just a few minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. Debbie at the desk was great. I had to bother her several times overnight and she was wonderful. She also had a long shift and still showed up the next morning with a smile. The lobby is beautiful. We loved the fireplace. The pool area is nice. The main pool is on the small side but the temp is good. The small kids pool is also a nice temp and would be perfect for toddlers. Only downside was breakfast-they don't replenish after about 9. They were out of a lot of items at that time.

Everything was great. My family loved that breakfast was included, and it was good. Waffles every morning 😊 Everything was clean and the staff was great.

Amazing checking in, very helpful and breakfast was delicious. Normally don’t like hotel food, this was yummy. My family loved the food and service. Very friendly, we will definitely book here again ❤️😊❤️

I was lied to. I called 2 days before arriving to verify that the hot tub was working. I was told yes. When we arrived at the hotel, checked the hot tub, and it was luke warm. So disappointing. Heard from others staying that it has been out for a week and it was even colder at the beginning of the week. Honesty from the front desk would have been nice since the only reason we booked this hotel was for the kids to enjoy the pool and hot tub for a night. If you need a pool towel, be sure you ask for one at least an hour in advance. That's how long it took for us to get ours. Will not be returning.
