We love staying at the Grand Geneva. However, at some point there should be an adults only section as parents just let their kids run around and be disruptive. Other than that it’s always a great stay.

Our stay itself was fabulous and no fault to Grand Geneva, but we had a neighboring room show back up at 3:30 to party the rest of the morning away. If we did not have our kids with us it wouldn't have been such a problem but the loud music and noise from the balcony woke everyone. As I stated i do not blame Grand Geneva as they did send staff to speak with them.

The room service food was not great, per my wife and child who ordered it. Also, could not reach front desk when I tried to call 2-3 times. Well maintained hotel with lots to offer.

Love the grounds of the property. Love that they have an outdoor pool with bar/Resturant. And servers. Absolutely love that the pool is heated. I love the fireworks on Sunday evenings it’s a great touch. Wish the indoor pool was a little bit more up-to-date. I wish there was a bathroom by the pool or outdoor area. Kind of inconvenient that you have to go inside and it’s not very close to the pool makes it hard for people with children.

My complaint is I called and said I would be bringing my dog. They put me in a room next to an exterior door in a main hallway with kids running and screaming down the hall all day. I was told my dog was barking too much when I was at dinner and had 8 minutes to get back or my dog would be turned over to public safety. I almost lost my mind!
