Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva Resort, an IHG Hotel

It was the perfect spot for a fun weekend with my daughters. The food in the restaurant was very good. Our unit was clean and provided everything we needed for a weekend stay. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I loved that there was a pool near us and that you had access to all things grand Geneva. It is a beautiful facility. The stairwells and patios need a good pressure wash. It would have been nice to have at least one housekeeping visit because we could have used new towels and some supplies halfway through our stay. Great place for kids and families as it is relaxed. The food was phenomenal and I loved the option to in room dine. Everything is super close and the trolley service was a huge bonus.

Hands down, the best hotel I’ve stayed at thus far! I’ll be coming back with the entire family next time!

The heat wasn't working me and family froze I fell on a broken chair and the washing machine broke on me

Original room we rec’d was in area of new construction, dirty, loud and layout of room unappealing. Walk in immediately to bedroom and then back portion small living area. Ppl in room next to us with kids and walls seamed paper thin. Hear everything. We asked to move and at first told they were booked up but second phone call got attention and moved to room 211-better but not updated. Kitchen drawer nailed shut, jacuzzi tub didn’t work and see daylight around front door-pretty cold and drafty.

Fantastic, it was big and clean, had kitchen and laundry/dryer. Only bad thing was when you need to use the pool, you had to get into the car and get to lobby. It was winter, so it was little inconvenient with kids.

Lake Geneva is my home away from home. My family and I always enjoy our stay at this location. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable.

This time my husband and I stayed at the resort, it was an okay experience. It was noisy this time due to the children in the room next door. Our room was next to the stairway and it was noisy traffic from people constantly walking down the stairs. I didn't like that the bedroom was as soon as you walk in the door. It wasn't a real bedroom feel. The television in the bedroom was small and sitting high up on the closet. I wish it could have been better. Maybe next time will be a better experience.

There is a list of amenities that says "on-site" but for a first time visitor I had no idea that means you have to drive to everything other the a small outdoor pool at the hotel. There is a free trolley service but that did not help. It was a rainy, cool weekend and we did not enjoy having to leave the comfort of our building. Traveling with young kids, the water park, the spa, the main lodge, the tennis courts, and the restaurants are not within walking distance. I even had called to ask to make sure that an indoor pool was at the "Holiday Inn" and I was told that there is. That is not the case. The room was nice, the area is nice, the people were friendly, so I am knocking that. It is not far from Lake Geneva so that is not bad either. But, if you are wanting the convenience of strolling down the hall to the amenities this is not the hotel for you, as it will not be for us again. Sadly disappointed in our holiday weekend experience as this appeared to have so many options just steps from one another. I feel that the advertising should be changed to clearly state the Holiday Inn rooms are down the street from most everything.
