Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lacey, an IHG Hotel

Great property and good amenities. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the place was super clean. Slept like a baby.

The staff were great at check-in. The hotel is beside the freeway which is convenient for a road trip stop but a little noisy with highway traffic. Property is in good condition. There were lots of families enjoying the indoor pool. Safe and well kept.

It was a good stay for two nights while Vi’s family without room. Good breakfast.

The desk person had the personality of a door knob. Didn’t inform us about housekeeping, didn’t have a “Do not disturb sign in the room”, tub mat had rust stains on it, shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed, windows were drafty because there were no curtains, very noisy because of children running in the hallways with no parental supervision, pool below our room was very noisy with unruly children, towels were worn. Only thing positive was the breakfast was ok. If I’m going to pay for a room I expect at least the bathroom to be cleaner and better than mine at home and housekeeping to come and clean and replenish towels, dump the trash and freshen and make the bed. It seems I am paying the same Pre-COVID and getting less services. Get with the program Holiday Inn!!!!

We traveled to Lacey to watch a family members soccer game. We enjoyed our stay with our 2 year old. Quiet room and nice breakfast variety with hot foods, omelets, sausage, pancakes and more! Staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Holiday Inn express was extremely comfortable and well worth the price. The parking was very plentiful and set up very conveniently. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. They were patient with all my questions, and did everything in their power to make our stay a great one. When we needed extra toiletries and pool towels we received them with no problem. The hotel was safe and quiet and the entire property and rooms were beautiful, and in impeccable condition. My three children and I loved the breakfast provided and it had many delicious, healthy, and satisfying options. We didn’t have a chance to actually visit the pool, but it looked very spacious and clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and had great recommendations. They entire hotel was very clean and it actually felt safe. The only thing that was bothersome was that we had a family above us and the kid was running around which isn’t the hotels fault and it didn’t bother us that much it was just unexpected noise. We loved the shampoo and conditioner that they have available and I actually wish I would have remember and picture or the name so I can get some for myself cause it was so fantastic. Check in was easy checkout was even easier the breakfast was good but which they had some more options without eggs but that too was okay. The beds were so comfortable I ended up falling asleep sooner then normal. They offered us plates and silverware and napkins when we had food delivered because we didn’t want to drive to get food so that was nice so we didn’t have to eat right from boxes. Overall one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had and it was the best hotel we had the entire time we were in Washington.

Friendliest employees ever! Went above and beyond to accommodate our family, from an extra cot to later checkout. Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and very clean! Everyone I talked to was happy and smiling due to the great service of the staff. Great value for the money too. Will definitely stay here again!

Walked in from being upset at a different motel, check in was a breeze, reception was amazing room was super clean…. The kids swam and slept and woke up smiling. Can’t wait to use them again

I use this hotel frequently for my traveling business needs and it is always a wopderful stay for the night. The staff are very friendly and treat me like family as well as the room is always clean, hotel looks nice and you can't miss the awesome breakfast the next morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area!
