Best Western Plus Lacey Inn & Suites

Staff was on top of it. The wonderful woman at the counter had to have had children. She even went to lengths of making fresh cookies to make my daughter feel at home. We travel a lot. It's a hard time some days for my children, however every staff person I encountered at this property already knew the anxiety and tried to help with accommodating my situation. I can't say enough about the staff here. They were so gracious and kind. I appreciate being able to meet all of you. Great job HR! Beautiful property. We felt safe, secure and had plenty of resources around us. Keep it up!

Had to move the family to a hotel due to construction. The beds and pillows were hard as rocks. I will never stay here again.

We just returned from a 5 night stay at the Best Western Plus in Lacey. I was pleasantly surprised with this property. From the room, breakfast, staff, noon check out time, location and cleanliness, we had an excellent stay. We were in town to visit family. This location was only 7 minutes away from our family and walking distance to so many places to eat. We will definitely stay here when we visit again.

My wife and I had flown in to see our newborn grandson (so that tells you we are not 'young'). We checked in and just gotten into our room (door still propped open) when two teenage girls pushed open the door to find this very large, very tattoo'd man (me) saying "What did you learn?" as they backed out quickly with their apologies. They assumed the open door was a team mates. A call to Greg at the front desk asking for another room, on another floor (away from the high school softball teams) was made. Greg performed some magic and we moved to a larger room away from the turbulence of the sports teams in a fully booked hotel! Great service and great staff!
