Loved this hotel, way better than expected. Location is great and walkable, rooms are nice and clean, beds were comfortable. My kids loved the free cookies at check in, the pool, and breakfast.

We enjoyed this hotel, the best part was the warm cookies upon arrival! The staff when we arrived were so friendly and kind. The bar/food was open until 11pm which was great because we got in late. The area around the hotel wasn’t great, it didn’t feel like a safe neighborhood. The hotel itself was great for us but the parking was very limited. I’m happy with our stay there but I wish we had time to go to the hands on kids museum that’s within walking distance. The pool looked clean and nice, we ran out of time for that as well. The bed was comfortable and the duvets were comfy. The electronics were old (tv didn’t have Netflix and the clock had a charging port for an iPhone 4). The room was huge though!

We had a wonderful stay - it exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and the room was lovely. The pool wasn't too cold and we were thrilled to see that there was an awesome playground right across the street for our kids! Parking was also free. All in all, a great stay.

It’s a very and comfortable hotel. I believe it’s from the 1990s originally. The beds are comfortable. The staff gives guests in the lobby a hot chocolate chip cookie in the afternoon. They have a nice lobby with a bar and a fireplace. It’s well located near everything in downtown Olympia in terms of walking distance. When I had a sudden death in my family and had to leave, they only charged me for the 1 night out of my intended stay of 3 days. That was very kind and compassionate of them to do. I recommend this hotel.

I booked two rooms for my husband and I, and a second room for my son and his wife and baby. They said their room was dirty and the travel crib they requested from the hotel looked dirty and had stains on it. The person at the front desk was very unfriendly. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This property fits in squarely with what you expect at a Hilton mid tier chain - squeaky clean, good beds, good service, amenities (pool, spa, laundry), easy check in-out. We got breakfast included by paying Expedia a nominal fee - and it was well worth it. We stayed here for one night with family en route to Forks-Olympic NP. This is a great place to stop for a night or two....

Check in process was quick and efficient. We did have to pay for parking that was not associated with checking into hotel which I found slightly odd, but since they had numerous signs for it before entering the building we ended up paying via phone. We did not like our room at all. We are preparing for a wedding and due to no door between king bed and the queens, when the first person woke up for makeup, everyone heard it. I am aware we got the family studio suite, but next time we know to never get that again. Shower didn’t close all the way, but other than that the room had all amenities. The elevator in the lobby was also extremely slow and there only appeared to be one.

I heard my room could sleep up to six people . But we got two beds and one single sofa bed. One of my kids slept on the floor.

It’s literally a one minute drive deom the Hands on Museum. After a day at the museum, you pack up the kids and you get to the hotel in no time. And it’s a few blocks from many restaurants. The on the weekends, it’s a nice walk with kids along the boardwalk to the Farmer’s Market. It’s so central to many things.

Great place they asked us what floor we wanted to be on, huge plus for us to be on bottom with little children.
