Always a please staying here. Shontall at the front desk is ALWAYS a blessing to see! Perfect person to have at the front desk! The younger gentleman at night, with longer curly hair, is a pleasure as well, and will always rush to get your needs met! The continental breakfast crew and public area cleaning crew always greet my family and I with a very friendly smile and hello. We choose to stay at this Ramada every chance we get! Can’t wait until all the remodel is complete. It was a little bit of a pain that during our last stay, the ice machine on the fourth floor did not work and there was no vending machine up there either.

I needed to stay longer due to a family member being hospitalized. They were very helpful and friendly.

If you're an adult that is considering staying here, and the 24/7 pool and hot tub access is part of the attraction, take note: completely disregard these 2 factors. They are both dirty. The hot tub, for example, had some visible green fuzz around the bottom. Moreover, it wasn't even hot. In fact, it was cold (broken heating system), and the jets were also not functioning (and have not worked for ages) -- not that it mattered, given the tub's frigid temperature. Suffice to say that these sad facilities are barely fit for grubby children. Adults looking to enjoy a pleasant swim and a soak as part of a stay should definitely look elsewhere.

Pool wasn't available, the staff basically said oh well , Caitlyn Quinn wasn't very helpful and very condescending towards my complaint. Vending machines also didn't work. If you want a ruined family weekend away then definitely stay here...1 star 🌟

Place used to be decent place decent price. Good for family. Place was filthy. Room dirty. Pool very cold and no towels available for over an hour. Hot tub broken down. First manager on duty was super wonderful. Second one was clueless, missing during peak check out time. Kind of rude on top of it. My guess overworked and overwhelmed. Not a place I'll go to anymore. Shame as it used to be my go to for the family.

It was a little tricky to find the street entrance at first, but once I found it everything was fine as I came and went. Our room was very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. On the first night, a large, multi-room party on the ground floor went late into the night. While the noise was not an issue once we reached the upper floors, elevator access was blocked with party goers a few times and multiple children were heard playing and running up and down the halls on the upper floors until about 11:30 pm.

The room was an optical illusion. It was a nice looking suite with a great looking floor, decent furniture and a complete kitchen that took your attention off the details. The backsplash was all beat up and nasty, the bathroom was full of mold/mildew everywhere. One of the bedrooms had a wet dirty towel left in the closet on the floor. The toiletries were mismatch brands. We had enough towels, coffee cups, coffee and sugar packets for everyone in our party of 6 but not enough bedding, creamer, tea (only 1 package each). The spare bedding was a fitted sheet and 2 super scratchy blankets that were nasty feeling and looking. The hotel knew that we had 6 guests and still made these errors. The complimentary breakfast was ok. There was a lot of selections but the staff began putting it all away early, without announcing it while we were in the dining room. I wanted to get more OJ and they turned off the machine and they said they "turned it off already" without apology or offering to get me more. They took away the creamer, tea and cream cheese before my daughter and I could help ourselves to those items. I was helping my 3 younger children get settled in and cooking my food in between it all so my breakfast was a beagle with no cream cheese, a coffee with no creamer, 1/2 cup of orange juice; more like a couple gulps to taste to see if I liked the brand of it. The staff sat there chatting in Spanish loudly instead of helping the guests. I asked if breakfast was free and got "Duh"

Check in was smooth. First room we were checked into was a bit in shambles and had a strong musty smell, art was missing and shower cap over fire alarm…. We were moved. Friendly front desk staff in the evening. Day time front desk staff did not offer a welcoming feeling. No bottled water available, would not turn water machine on because it was past breakfast time. Pool and hot tub fabulous minus unsupervised kids. Breakfast was OK.

Beautiful hotel with huge family rooms! Excellent breakfast and extremely friendly staff! Pool and hot tub were great.
