The staff at the front counter were lovely, and the breakfast looked like it would’ve been fine if we had been there early enough to enjoy it; we arrived right at 9 when everything was being put away. Our room, however, was dingy. The shower wallpaper was peeling, there were spiderwebs in the bathroom lights, and the room smelled strange, like maybe someone had smoked in it at some point. One of my kids wouldn’t even shower in the bathroom.

The pool area was only open to kids until 9:30. The hot tub was soapy feeling and very cloudy. Overall, hotel was a bit run down, beds need to be replaced and when repairs are made, more care could be taken to do a better job.

We normally stay at this Comfort Inn anytime we go down to Lacey to visit family members. The last time we were there was 5 years ago. The hotel was convenient to get to and the staff was super friendly. Bed, pillows, and AC were wonderful. However, the bathtub in our room needed special attention. Other than that, the hotel served its purpose.

The pool closed too early for kids. The continental breakfast was a joke, very few items, and very unclean. The room had paint chipping/peeling from the walls, the room and bathroom were clean but didn't feel clean because of the paint and warn appearance.

Shower head kept falling over and majority of the nozzles were plugged up. Room had a door to next door with kids being loud. The room and setup is just dated

Convenient to freeway. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Pool is small but my kids had fun. Very dark in pool area. A little more light would be nice. Room was neat and tidy. Bathroom is tiny; which made it difficult for 3 people. Glad to have no mask rules.

Room OK the AC did not work, I had a cranky overheated child. Carpet needed some vacuuming. Other than that room met the needs while traveling.
