Our family really enjoyed our stay at TRU by Hilton Spokane Valley. Room and hotel was clean and quiet. No harsh smells. Breakfast was good and constantly restocked. Gorgeous park across the street. They also had games and a pool table in Lobby which I thought was a nice touch. We didn't utilize them as we stayed to go to silverwood theme park. I wish this hotel was closer to silverwood.

Was short, expensive, and even thought check in was 4pm our rooms were not ready till after 5 pm. thus making us late for an a dinner event with family. breakfast was a wait and see if they were going to refill the tiny hot contain with eggs. there is no daily house keeping. pool was not open till 9am a little late for a morning swim. was not impressed with this place for the price of it.

Games area was great for the family, had a lot of fun visiting around the gas fire pit. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good

Tru is one of my favorite hotels. They have a pool table, games, TV and giant connect four that the kids love! Their coffee is very good and always available. Their rooms are clean and comfortable. Their showers have great water pressure. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Hotel is kind of overrun with kids. They seem to be here for a sports tournament. We can’t really use any of the facility, on account of them. Decent hotel, otherwise.

Rooms were clean modern and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lobby had a pool table and large jenga cubes very geared towards families.
