Staff is above and beyond ! Check in just amazing . Super kind and helpful staff . Absolutely wonderful experience thus far. The place is still under renovation, yes, BUT it is clean & the amenities are humble yet great ! Perfect for families !

So many food options nearby. FANTASTIC breakfast buffet. Very nice staff. We have a dog and great dog walking around the property and a dog park within 3 miles right next to highway was very convenient for getting the zoomies out of our dog during our road trip. We do this trip twice a year and will plan to stay at this place each time. They Hay J's (?) place was a nice date dinner and then Fujiyama (?) was a fun family dinner location. Easy to access highway, great food options, easy access to gas and bark park.

The carpet in our room was soaking wet from shampooing. Literally, water would squish up when you stepped on the carpet. Had to put towels down on the tile so you didn't slip when going to the bathroom from the wet carpet. Our room was SO muggy and smelled horrible. My children and husband are now sick. I believe we may have gotten one of the last rooms. A generator kicked on in the sprinkler room which was on the other side of the wall from our room at 5:50AM, waking up my 3 children. You can hear Every noise throughout the place. Only had a half roll of TP, no extra. No shampoo or body wash in the dispensers in the shower. Only 2 towels for a family of 5. When we talked to the front desk, they didn't seem to care. We got our TP and towels but we were reminded that check out was at 11:00. My husband spoke to the manager about our experience, they pretty much blew us off. She said that they weren't supposed to book that room, with a blank stare on her face. She said she would have her manager call us because we demanded some sort of refund. That was Monday Sept. 5th, it's Friday Sept. 9th and still haven't heard from the manager. I did get an email from their front desk because I complained elsewhere, they emailed me back just saying sorry. I responded that I'm still waiting for the manager to contact me. No response or call from the manager. NOT WORTH THE $300 WE PAID FOR 1 NIGHT!!!!!!!

Made a reservation last minute at 10pm. The pictures on here definitely do this place way more justice than what you actually get! I wish I would've taken photos but it was just a quick one night stay. They were hosting a kid's soccer league party there so there were kids running around like it was a chuck e cheese in the lobby and event room after 10pm, the hotel is more run down than you would expect for this area, outdated really. The room is definitely outdated but had a refrigerator and a big flat screen, bed was not that comfortable, woke up with a sore back and noticed what looked like a blood or makeup stain on the sheets the next day that wasn't from us, dirty towels left in the bathroom upon arrival, could hear the ice maker all night right outside the door, the people above us were up all night and we could hear every step they made, like being in a crappy old apartment! Kids were screaming and running in the halls late at night and early morning. The breakfast in the morning was decent but have had better at other locations. Won't stay here again based off how loud it is to stay here and they obviously don't value cleanliness.
