Stay was fine, room was fairly comfortable overall. Decent amount of space and a good desk/couch if needed. Hallway noise was pretty high. At night there were drunk people hanging out yelling down the hall, in the morning kids screaming running up and down it. Lot of noise through the door. Everything else was great though. Breakfast buffet is a step above normal free breakfast. Would stay again if I was in the area.

For what we paid I would have expected the hotel to be nicer. There was a faint throw up smell in our room that my family all immediately noticed. The pool didn’t open until 6pm, which was kinda odd. We could hear everything in the room above us, even when we had the tv on so we didn’t get much sleep. It was mediocre, I would definitely not go out of my way to stay here again.

Such a great find for our regular stop in Spokane between Oregon and Montana to see family! The hotel is pet friendly, in a great location (so close to food options and shopping) and the complimentary happy hour was a great bonus coming in off hours on the road. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfy and I appreciate the special, custom lemongrass toiletries in the bathroom. We’ll be back!

Normally I stay at the comfort inn down the road but decided to give these guys a chance. The room was amazing. The hotel looks really new when you walk in. The counter staff was a little abrupt and didn't seem very friendly. They give you a coupon for breakfast and a free drink in their lounge which is kind of cool. The pool closes at 10:00 p.m.. there was a basketball tournament this weekend in Spokane valley. There were 20 million kids in the pool area until 10:00. No time to relax.

We loved the location for accessibility, local businesses, layout, view, cleanliness The only beef i had was the lack of enforcement of the pool and hottub rules. Many children in pool and hottub with minimal supervision 3 and 4 year olds in and out of hottub with parents sitting on the opposite side of the pool, drinking beer. I drink beer. I had young kids at one time. I did not leave supervision up to tweens and strangers

Nice property. Staff and room were great. Loved having a choice to go in spa and sauna. Didn't like children running down hallway multiple times. Breakfast didn't have many vegan or sugar free options.
