Holiday Inn Express Spokane-Valley, an IHG Hotel

The staff was so amazing and kind my family and I had a great time!

One of our beds was nicely made. But when we pull the shift to laid own.it was dirty with stains and dry buggers. Not kidding. Bathroom floor had still old dry contacts from the other guests and lotion,shampoo etc were open and half full. So disappointed ☹️

We had a great stay. Brought my family of 6 for a 4 night trip to the area. The hotel is clean. Swim pool and hot tub area was great and open until 11. The best breakfast we have ever had! All employees were helpful and nice. 5 out of 5 stars!

We stayed overnight in one of the suites since we had 5 in our group (2 adults, 3 kids). The room was humongous! Everyone had the space they needed and it was clean and comfy. Neighborhood felt safe and there was ample parking. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but did go down for coffee and the offerings looked super good! 10/10 would stay here again.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pool was perfect temp. Food was great. This stay was a wonderful. We didn’t have to worry about anything so we got to focus on family

Stayed for a quick trip of 4th of July festivities, shopping & silverwood park with the family. The morning breakfast was good. Beds were clean and comfortable. The people working there were friendly.

This hotel was very clean! The hotel staff were very helpful. The kids loved the pool and fresh cookies each night.

We stayed two night then needed to add an extra night which they did graciously & without switching our rooms. The toilet got clogged & they responded right away. It never clogged again after. 6 of us & all slept comfortably. Certain areas could have been cleaner, like bottom inside of toilet you could tell gets missed often, corners had dust build up on counters, ceiling fan, floors, etc. As long as you stayed away from corners, everything else was great. No bugs & no other problems. Pool & hot tub was just fine. Kids swam every night. Not much seating inside pool area but an outside porch had plenty. So it was hard to keep watch of our youngest & have family adult time but the rest of the family preferred sitting out side out of the humility :) Breakfast was good till the second day when we got biscuits and they were all molded badly on the bottoms. We let attendant know & she replaced them right away. Thank you for our stay. Overall we enjoyed it.
