Such an amazing stay! I had a 4-adult, 3-kid group; our room had 2 queens, a pullout couch, and an attached room with an additional king sized bed and a spa. The beds were clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub are open 24 hours, the breakfast was good. It was wonderful!

Excellent - clean, comfortable, close to many restaurants and shopping. Large, clean pool and hot(!!) hot tub. Good breakfast and highly decent coffee. Friendly front desk staff. Very reasonably priced. A relaxing and pleasant evening spent here as a waypoint on our family road trip.

The place is clean, smoke-free and a comfortable place to stay in Spokane. Our family of 4 had a good time staying here.

Excellent stay as usual except this time was with the family dog and we had no issues at all. There’s plenty of space (actual green grass) for dog walks which isn’t always the case with pet friendly lodging. We used the laundry facilities as well which was super convenient and open 24 hrs. (Front desk sells supplies and makes change for the necessary quarters.) Our room was clean and spacious. Beds are always comfortable! Staff is friendly and breakfast is hot and yummy.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You might want to replace the tiny kiddie Toliet with an adult toliet

Not comfort inns fault. But two seperate parties were vaping iin the pool area with kids swimming. My family and I had to leave the hot tub early because they were smoking right there. Pool is open 24 hours. Complimentary Breakfast Soft comfy beds

Incredibly disappointed. I read so many reviews and this one kept coming back as the top choice for that area. When we arrived, check in was okay. He gave us our room and then told us the elevator was out of service. Not a problem, however, our room was right next the the “open all night pool”. Didn’t think many people would be using it all night so dropped off our bags and headed to our engagement. When we got back the pool was packed and it was rowdy but it was only 9. We turned a movie on and felt like by the time it was done things would quiet down. We were wrong! Kids running, talking, yelling, in the hall. We could hear kids screaming in the pool. Doors slamming, there was a dog barking off and on and then once we finally started to fall asleep.. the fire alarm went off!! Did I mention the road noise outside?! Needless to say, it was not a good nights sleep. The beds and pillows were comfortable and linens and room were clean. Parking was good and coffee was good. Could’ve stayed at a much nicer and quieter place for the price we payed.

It was all really good, will be staying here again, great for kids the pool is 24hrs.

We always try to stay here when visiting family in Spokane. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Super convenient location too.
