The female who checked me in was awesome and very accomodating. The wing I stayed in was suppose to be the new wing but it didn't look at all like that. The room was musty and the shower head had only one strength for the water flow - strong. The lightening in room was dim as there was no overhead fixture just lamps at the four corners. I didn't really enjoy my experience with my family and wouldn't stay here again. The only good thing was that the parking was free and had a good complimentary breakfast. Also to get from my wing to the front desk is a maze unless you stayed at property before.

This place was so swanky in a family friendly way. In fact we loved it so much on our travel through we will be staycationing there in the future. It was safe and although near the highway, you couldn’t hear the highway.

There is an indoor sitting area for parents to supervise their children in the pool from a more quiet and air condition space. The breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past, but still better than a bagged breakfast by far!! The wi-fi was spotty and laggy though. Staff was friendly and i appreciate the convenience of having a small balcony area option.

I havent had amazing customer service at a hotel in awhile, until i stayed here. My kids were being extra at the breakfast buffet and the staff didnt mind them at all. All around amazing experience!

This was a comfortable and well laid out hotel for my stay, being a former local I am particular about which hotels I can last minute enjoy, this was an exceptional choice. Not to mention the staff and the kind woman with short curly hair up front ensured a flawless check in for me. There was some notable noise and yelling/children down the hallway at night which was a bit disturbing since it seemed to be reoccurring but with the busy season it is understood. Overall enjoyable and clean place to be

This property is the best value for the area! I did some research and was pleasantly surprised by the affordable cost of the room. The price cannot be beat. We have stayed here two times and will always come back. The room was spacious with a king bed and a fold out sofa. The room included a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. We really enjoyed the free buffet breakfast where we were able to sit down and enjoy our food and coffee before heading out to do shopping. The outdoor pool was also a plus! The Hotel room, lobby and areas were very clean. This Hotel was also conveniently located near shopping. I highly recommend this Hotel to families or traveling adults.

The Mirabeau is my favorite place to stay when traveling to the Spokane area. The grounds are dog friendly and well cared for. The pool is a family favorite, and having a decent restaurant (food is hit & miss) and bar on site is handy.
