This hotel is fairly new, room is big, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is quite good. Good value for the money. The hotel was popular for families.
However, the guests above our room(210) seemed to stomp back and forth all night. The room phone was broken. Hence I went downstairs and told the front desk clerk. She said she would investigate and take care of it. She never got back to me. The guests above us stomped again 7am in the morning! :(

Our stay at FairBridge was just what we needed--a quiet place to rest and enjoy time with family.

We had a lovely stay. We were passing thru on a roadtrip. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Breakfast was small but very tasty. Robert at the front desk was very helpful and friendly! Our kids had a blast playing in the pool. Easy check in and check out. Would stay here again!

My family and I have stayed here a few times in the past. It’s a nice hotel. It’s not super fancy, but it clean, the rooms are very spacious and the pool is so warm!
The staff is always friendly and helpful.
All of these things applied to our most recent stay as well, with the exception of the company kept in the pool!
My kids love to come and swim at the pool and being there one night only, I was hopeful they’d be able to safely, but that was far from the case.
Im beyond patient with kids being excited and having fun/playing games in the pool. My kids also wanted to be silly and have fun- but when there are over TWENTY children and only two adults (that don’t care about manners, decency, or safety), that’s just not doable. There were 5 kids jumping and running to and from the hot tub, there were 18 kids jumping, diving and throwing balls at our children’s heads, other children’s and parents heads, pounding on the walls and the glass. One of them took off his life jacket and nearly drowned. I pulled him up from under the water in the deep end. After my two kids got kicked in the face 3-5 times we got out. I had to scream at the top of my lungs to ask my husband for a towel.
When there is a 15 person max capacity and a bunch of dangerous, unsupervised, disrespectful kids running around, it would be so nice for an employee to step in! And especially when that dysfunctional group of people stays in there for nearly four hours! Not sure if we will return.

I booked a nonsmoking room and the room given to us smells like people were smoking in it. My family and I kept coughing all night, we had to force ourselves to sleep in a cold weather temperature by opening the window instead of using the heater for the room

The location is easily accessible from I-5, and near JBLM. There are a few good dining options within walking distance. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Staff are few but friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic, but adequate to start the day. The family rooms and room with kitchen are nice. We would choose this place again.

Great stay for our family of 6. The family rooms are spacious and just perfect. Inexpensive and will consider in the future.

The room was spacious. Staff was friendly. Complimentary breakfast was nice. The spa definately is a plus. My only complaint is the noice from upstairs, especially when the kids were running in their room at midnight.
