Level Seattle Downtown - South Lake Union

Perfect for our needs with 8 yr old child. Whole Foods is 4 minute walk away, plus amenities that were offered were outstanding

We had an amazing experience. The accommodations were very nice and our family of five was very comfortable. We were on the 12th floor and had an amazing view of the Seattle skyline. We will definitely plan to stay again in the future.

This place is amazing and actually a great value for a family of 6 traveling to Seattle for 4 nights. Centrally located to sights and tourist attractions. Very modern and clean plus tons of amenities, I mean drum set, 3 pools, basketball court, etc…

Great amenities and kids friendly.

We have stayed in level a few times. It has large rooms and is central. I'm sorry to say that this has been the most disappointing stay. The check in is now 4pm which is ridiculous for a high end establishment, 2pm is good, 3pm normal, 4pm is TTP. Then when we tried to check in at 4pm to be told we'd have to wait another 30mins was not acceptable. If a family is paying almost $750 I'd hope that we could have enough towels for 4 and for us to have our room turned down on the second day, nope! I'm not sure what has happened since our last stay, house keeping us sub par and the high level feel just isn't there anymore. It's a shame.

This hotel is spectacular!!! I honestly can’t think of a better place to stay in Seattle. The location is prime, and the extensive list of amenities kept our kids entertained for days on end. I honestly think the kids would have been just as happy to stay at the hotel the whole time, bouncing between the pools, the basketball court, the games room and the music room. The kids also loved that the front staff had a little treasure box with toys they could choose from on a regular basis. We are already planning our next trip back!

The amenities were good as there was lots of things to keep kids busy. However, it was understaffed during check-in. With only two people working, check-in took a long time and the person at the desk wasn’t very friendly. The indoor pool was not very clean, with dirt on the floor and even a chewed up piece of gum. The unit we had I thought was pretty clean but I saw a stain on the duvet as we were leaving.

My family and I loved the Level hotel. The staff was very attentive. Excellent location!

Pros: Many amenities, lots of space & modern. Felt very safe/secure, parking onsite. Big Screen Televisions in all bedrooms and shared space. Views of Space Needle from some parts of property. Nespresso machines provided with pods. Pool/Hot tubs (and other amenities) have extended hours. Cons: Elevators new technology is definitely a safety feature, but complicates and slows the process. Not a biggie, but tedious. No restaurant/bar or store on site. Having a kitchen is very convenient, but might want to add coffee makers, as there is no coffee available on site. (Nespresso makes very small servings) Parking and resort fees added per day of stay. Overall: Excellent accommodations. Great for families. Spacious and allow pets. There is even pet washing facilities, not to mention a music room, basketball court, peloton room, large gym, indoor & outdoor pools, rock climbing wall, karaoke room, game room, kids play room areas and BBQ facilities.

We will stay again! My husband loved the gym, the pool and other amenities looked amazing (we did not take advantage of most, except the gym), and the whole family loved the space and the view! Great for a family of four or more! It is hip, cool, and convenient to all downtown activities and attractions.
