Should not be listed as “kid friendly”. Rooftop bar was not accessible as a guest and Bonvoy member. They locked access from my floor and I had to go to the lobby for screening. When I finally got up there, there were plenty of spots. Fancy software and an sense of exclusivity was just pretentious and a time delay for no reason. Towels felt like sand paper. Eh.

Jonathain at front desk was especially awesome to us and our young children. Hotel is amazing. Sparky stole the show! Kids absolutely loved Sparky delivering us food and telling us jokes! Thanks for an awesome stay. We felt like royalty!

The Astra was a very modern hotel that was easy to use. All of the staff I encountered were hospitable and customer focused. The location made it easy to get around, meet family and site see.

Very clean, modern and safe hotel. We travelled with an infant and this hotel was great at accommodating for one. There was space for a travel crib and the automatic blackout blinds were great for naps . The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. The Space Needle and Pike place were a walkable distance. Would highly recommend this place!

The staff at this hotel was SO friendly and helpful! They were great with my kids, gave good recommendations and excellent service. The rooms are small but the hotel is pristinely clean and the beds are comfortable. The valet service is super easy and convenient. I will say that they recommended we call down to ask them to bring the car around before checking out and it would be about five minutes; we did so but it still ended up being about a 30 minute wait. This wasn’t a terrible inconvenience as the lobby is spacious and has enough seating to sit inside and wait but if you’re in a hurry to leave it may be something to keep in mind.

Very modern hotel. Staff were very polite and friendly. Our room service lady was extremely pleasant and friendly. My only downside was the size of the room, it was very snug for a family of 4

We loved this hotel for the kids!!!! Sparky, the butler, was a robot and he arrived 10 minutes after we arrived. He delivered snacks and plush mini Sparkies!!!
