1. We booked the room for 3 people but in room they put everything for 2 people 2. In booking it says breakfast included but they charged for breakfast 3. Room service was poor next day when we came to room for relaxing they didn’t clean ke room it was around 4pm when I talked to desk service they said the cleaner will leave at 5 it was so stressful for me and my family 4. In site it says heated jacuzzi available but they just have sunna 5. Just some of the staffs are really friendly helpful but the rest don’t have customer service skill 6. I asked map of city even its simple things that all the hotels have they don’t have it no boast helps you where you should go to visit as tourist, all the front desk must know and have some tours for guests

We are locals but stayed at the Pan Pacific over the course of our wedding weekend as a treat. The hotel was great and our stay were awesome - I'd say the only questionable part was the hotel restaurant. The first day of breakfast room service we didn't receive a spoon with our yogurt breakfast - not a huge deal. I had a delicious goat cheese omelet. A few hours later tried to order a specific fancy cocktail on the menu and the person in the restaurant had no idea what we were talking about or how to make it LOL (even though we kept saying "it's on the menu?") So I just got a basic margarita... The next day we ordered brunch again, but my omelet wasn't as described (the "goat cheese" omelet was clearly just no cheese inside and sprinkled with feta on top LOL) and it was missing the toast entirely. So, that all said, fantastic hotel - but the room service is a bit of a gamble. That all said, request the bubble bath ($15) for your room - I'm not kidding when I say that it was the BEST bubble bath of my life.

They texted me the day before my arrival and twice during my stay to check on me. It is located in a great neighborhood and close walking distance to many site. It is right next door to whole foods market ao getting snacks for kids was great

The stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide service. The location is excellent in between major city attractions. My only faults were the pull out sleeper is only sufficient for one child and that wasn't clear when we booked this room. The king size bed is comfortable but softer than normal.

The staff was wonderful. They even helped facilitate a family reunion by giving us a free private space. We also loved the location with Whole Foods and great restaurants nearby!

My husband and I were so impressed with the service we received at the Pan! Our vacation was the first with our 4 month old baby and we were a little nervous about how it would go. The staff had a crib set up for us on arrival and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They remembered our son’s name and would entertain him while we were waiting for our car or talking to the staff about our room, they held doors for us when our hands were full, they asked us about what we were planning to do during the day and even pushed elevator buttons for us. We will be coming back soon!
