The breakfast staff targeted and singled us out being very rude and ruined our stay. They changed our mind and we checked out right away. We did not feel safe or welcomed at this hotel another day with those staff. The manager on call that day witnessed and agreed we were mistreated. They included a note in our reservation and gave us names of all the rude staff members. Our families and little kids left breakfast and checked out.

The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and clean. The room was large and spacious. The bathrooms were modern and clean. With little kids, the free breakfast was a plus. There was a lot of options (eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, sausage) and we all enjoyed it. The location is a bit of a walk from the Light Link (15 minutes) and about 15-20 minutes to the Space Needle and Pike's Place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

The breakfasts were excellent first thing in the morning. Rooms were very clean and spacious with many pleasing amenaties. Would be nice to have a place in the SpringHill for family members under 21 years of age to eat dinner. Only place available to eat was the bar in the Hotel, so your dinner had to be eaten in your room.

Our room was lovely and spacious especially travelling with a toddler. Breakfast was also amazing, you often don't see hotels offering such a big breakfast buffet so it helped! The area in which the hotel was located, had a lot of homelessness and felt unsafe to walk around with our baby. The restaurant at the hotel was unfortunately awful. We ordered in one night and ended up throwing most of the food out. All in al I'd give it a 6/10.

First time in Seattle with my family. Great location. Easy to get to center and seaside. Definitely will book Springhill Suites next time in Seattle.

The staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The entire hotel, including our room was so clean, it was very refreshing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious every day we were there. Our room was very spacious and clean. My one and only complaint is about the bed, it was very hard. But the showers were hot, the wifi was good, checkout was simple and quick. The price for parking was very reasonable and appreciated at an affordable rate. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay at Springhill Suites and would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
