Great hotel to stay. For our overnight stay, it was noted to be family friendly, clean, awesome room amenities. Restaurant clean and food was great. Location convenient.

Overall wonderful experience, my family and I loved the safety measures this hotel has in place (key needed everywhere). We enjoyed our stay and liked the location and room. Only negative experience was the interactions with the night front desk gentleman, he can be more friendly with guest.

I came to Seattle from Portland with family and friends for a concert that was canceled on the day of on 6/14/24 but we decided to come and stay anyway. During the night my friend got very sick and ended up in the ER which we found out that she had pneumonia. The hotel extended our stay until we could get out of the ER with the medicine she needed. I highly recommend this hotel. They have great staff, clean rooms, it”s secure, a great location and above all care about their customers. We will be staying again asap. Thank you

The hotel staff was very nice the hospitality was above and beyond! The room where very nice and the view was AMAZING. Would definitely recommend friends and family here and would definitely come back again for another stay

There was a lot of good stuff at this hotel but they missed the mark big time with being handicap friendly. When we booked our room, we booked a suite that was wheelchair accessible to provide accommodations to our family. One of them being on a lower level in case of emergency. I even called the front desk to let them know we have a service dog accompanying us. I was told not to worry and they had a room for us. When we arrived we were told our room was on the top floor, the 15th floor! They did move us but the room we were moved to was not handicap friendly. Most of the staff was kind. One was incredibly rude. The hotel was moderately clean although there was long human hair on the sofa sleeper. Some of the lights and outlets in the room also didn’t work. The parking is difficult too but it is that way all over Seattle. Overall, our family couldn’t stay here again because little things like having a super low toilet cause our family a lot of pain. Probably a great hotel if you don’t need accommodations.

Residence Inn in Downtown Seattle was a great choice for our girl's trip. The room was big enough for 5 of us, we were on the 14th floor with a view of the Space Needle, the included breakfast in the morning was more than adequate and most importantly, we felt safe! Restaurants and touristy spots were walking distance or you can easily take an uber if walking is not your thing. There is a lot of construction going on around the property; however, that is of no fault of the Residence Inn. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to family and friends.

The property was very nice and very well maintained both inside and out. In addition, everything inside of the property was very well taken care and stocked. You know how sometimes the hotel seems very nice from the outside and then you walk into their lobby restroom only to find the toilet is plugged and their have no toilet paper? That was not the case with this property. The entire premise was orderly. In addition, the entire staff that we met were very nice, polite, and friendly. The location of the hotel is very nice, because you can walk any where within the downtown area very easily. Their breakfast is top of the line. They offer breakfast with their stay and their breakfast is very good of high quality and abundant. The hotel serves, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, etc. Very good and their staff was on top of it to ensure their buffet line never ran out of food. I would for sure stay here again. By the way, we traveled as a family of seven and it was perfect for the adults and the kiddos.

Merlinda was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, they moved us to a different room that was safer for my toddler (TV on the wall instead of a stand) I cannot say enough good things about this stay. The breakfast is delicious, everything you could possibly need is in the room, just bring the food.

Everything was good, breakfast it was a good thing since we were travelling with kids and even that our room had a kitchentte we were abke to grab something and bring it over to our room. Location it is just the best part of eveyrhting, the are is extremely safe and is walking distnce rom alot of stores, coffee shops and even Pike Place Market only 10 min walk. Great time here.
